Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android). On iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → SquadLift → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I was charged but I can't access Pro features.
Try signing out and back in. If the issue persists, tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. Still stuck? Email us with your Apple/Google receipt and we'll fix it immediately.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, visit the Google Play Help Center. Email us if you need help and we'll advocate on your behalf.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes all your data. You can also email us and we'll complete deletion within 30 days per CCPA/GDPR requirements.
How do I invite friends to my Squad?
Open the Squads tab, select your Squad, and tap the Invite button. Share the invite link via text, email, or social media. Your friends will need a free SquadLift account to join.
The app is crashing or not loading.
First, force-quit and reopen the app. If the issue continues, delete and reinstall SquadLift — your data is saved to the cloud and restores automatically after you log back in. If neither works, email us with your device model and iOS/Android version.
Is my health data private?

How does the AI coach work?
The AI coach is powered by Claude (Anthropic). It uses your fitness data — goals, recent workouts, PRs, nutrition targets — to generate personalized recommendations. It is not a replacement for professional medical advice.
What's the difference between Pro and Coach tiers?
Pro ($9.99/mo) gives you full AI features, a larger squad (up to 20), and advanced analytics. Coach ($29.99/mo) adds a full client management dashboard so you can run your entire coaching business — AI builds plans for each client, you focus on coaching.
